通过建立数理模型研究声誉对企业投资决策的影响,并得出以下主要结论:考虑到对项目投资后能获得声誉,企业更有意愿作出项目首轮投资决策;当项目实施中遇到困难而面临清算时,对声誉的考虑将使企业更倾向于作出追加投资决策;考虑声誉的企业付出的总体努力水平会更高,但是对声誉的追求将降低追求货币收益的努力程度。

This paper researches the impact of an enterprise' s reputation on its investment decision by building mathemati-cal models, and drives some conclusions. If reputation stemming from a project in future is taken into account during the en-terprise' s decision making process, the enterprise will have a stronger willingness to invest in the project initially, to makean additional investment when running into difficulties during the project implementation process, and make a greater effortin the project. However, more effort that the enterprise spends in pursuit of reputation wilt reduce the effort for monetaryprofit.
