大学生道德失范和缺位，一是市场经济的冲击；二是民众素质心态和社会舆论氛围；三是道德窘境和社会制度；四是道德教育的乏力。微博对大学生社会道德问题传播具有正效应和负效应。微博环境下对大学生进行社会道德建设，要关注社会导向在微博中的传播，避免舆论对道德问题的过分夸大，充分发挥意见领袖的作用，有效完善舆情监测系统，积极教授微博救助的技术，努力净化微博生态环境。

This paper discusses the social morality construction of college students under the circumstance of micro-blog. First, causes of present college students＇ social moral anomie and absence are explored, involving the impact of the market economy, peo-ple＇s quality of mentality and social atmosphere of public opinion, the moral dilemmas and social system, and lack of moral educa-tion. Then the influences of micro - blog on college students＇ morality are analyzed. Miro - blog has both positive and negative effects on the spread of the social moral problems of college students. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the con- struction of social morality of college students. In the micro-blog, we should give enough attention to social orientation of public opinion, avoiding the exaggeration of moral problems; give full play to the role of opinion leaders; improve public opinion monitoring system. Besides, micro - blog rescue technology be accessible, trying to purify the micro - blog environment.
