The Migrant Women, Occupational Status Attainment, Influence Factors
本文运用多元线性回归模型对流动女性职业地位及其影响因素进行分析,研究结果表明,流动女性的职业地位普遍不高。本研究所构建的流动女性职业地位获得的理论模型具有较强的解释力,受教育程度、是否掌握专业技能、成就动机、社会网络规模、社会网络顶端、进城务工时长、到过的打工地区数等是影响流动女性职业地位获得的主要因素。
本文運用多元線性迴歸模型對流動女性職業地位及其影響因素進行分析,研究結果錶明,流動女性的職業地位普遍不高。本研究所構建的流動女性職業地位穫得的理論模型具有較彊的解釋力,受教育程度、是否掌握專業技能、成就動機、社會網絡規模、社會網絡頂耑、進城務工時長、到過的打工地區數等是影響流動女性職業地位穫得的主要因素。
본문운용다원선성회귀모형대류동녀성직업지위급기영향인소진행분석,연구결과표명,류동녀성적직업지위보편불고。본연구소구건적류동녀성직업지위획득적이론모형구유교강적해석력,수교육정도、시부장악전업기능、성취동궤、사회망락규모、사회망락정단、진성무공시장、도과적타공지구수등시영향류동녀성직업지위획득적주요인소。
Using the data collected by the investigation of "the occupation development conditions of the migrants", analysis the migrant women' s occupational status and its influencing factors.The study found that the migrant women's occupational status is low.By the multiple regression estimation and analysis, test the theoretical hypothesis.The results show that theoretical models constructed in this study has an explanatory power, educational level, if mater professional skills, achievement motivation, social network' s scale, social network' s apex, the migrant working duration, the number of working regions are the main influencing fac- tors of the migrant women' s occupational status attinment.Then ivew of these, this article put forward the countermeasures to promote the migrant women' s occupational status.
