江西省近几年加快了科技创新与发展的步伐，取得了长足的进步，但与中部其他五省相比，在科技投入、科技产出、科技成果转化率等方面差距仍然较大。提高江西省科技创新能力，应深化科技体制改革，建立以市场为导向的新型管理体制和创新机制；加大科技投入规模，合理配置科技资源；健全人才激励机制，培养高水平科技人才；加大对专利产业化项目的专项奖励，提高科技产出水平；发挥科技财政政策与其他政策的关联效应，提高科技成果转化率。
강서성근궤년가쾌료과기창신여발전적보벌，취득료장족적진보，단여중부기타오성상비，재과기투입、과기산출、과기성과전화솔등방면차거잉연교대。제고강서성과기창신능력，응심화과기체제개혁，건립이시장위도향적신형관리체제화창신궤제；가대과기투입규모，합리배치과기자원；건전인재격려궤제，배양고수평과기인재；가대대전리산업화항목적전항장려，제고과기산출수평；발휘과기재정정책여기타정책적관련효응，제고과기성과전화솔。
Scientific and technological development has been fastened in Jiangxi province in recent several years and great achievements have been made. However, when compared with other five provinces in Central China, Jiangxi still lags behind in scientific and technological investments and output and the conversion rate of scientific and hnological achievements. To enhance its capabilites to innovate in science and technology and promote its rising central China, Jiangxi province should take measures in the following ways： deepen the reform on scientific and hnological system and establish a new market-oriented administrative and innovative system; increase investments on and allocate rationally resources of science and technology; perfect talent incentive mechanism and foster scientific and technological talents; increase special award of patent industrialization projects and improve the level of scientific and technological outputs; exercise correlation effects of scientific and technological and other policies and enhance the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements.
