随着西藏高等教育的快速发展,西藏高校的生源结构发生了很大变化,进校时学生基础参差不齐,多极分化严重,对办学模式和学生管理都提出了新的挑战。传统的培养方法,严重制约了本科教学质量提高和学校的全面发展。文章主要分析了西藏高校目前的生源情况、教学现状等,针对多元化学生结构,对教师教学方法改革和多渠道构建激发学生自主学习的平台两方面做了分析。提出兼顾学生的认知水平、能力水平及情感水平,并最大限度地满足了各类学生的需求,实行适合学生发展的"扬长"教育,是实现学生差异性发展的途径。
隨著西藏高等教育的快速髮展,西藏高校的生源結構髮生瞭很大變化,進校時學生基礎參差不齊,多極分化嚴重,對辦學模式和學生管理都提齣瞭新的挑戰。傳統的培養方法,嚴重製約瞭本科教學質量提高和學校的全麵髮展。文章主要分析瞭西藏高校目前的生源情況、教學現狀等,針對多元化學生結構,對教師教學方法改革和多渠道構建激髮學生自主學習的平檯兩方麵做瞭分析。提齣兼顧學生的認知水平、能力水平及情感水平,併最大限度地滿足瞭各類學生的需求,實行適閤學生髮展的"颺長"教育,是實現學生差異性髮展的途徑。

The structure of student sources at higher education in Tibet has been largely changed with the rapiddevelopment of the higher education in Tibet. The uneven education background and serious multi-polar differ-entiation of new students have posed new challenges in school system and student management. The traditionaltraining methods have been severely restricting the improving teaching quality of undergraduate and the compre-hensive development of the university. In the present paper, two aspects of teaching methods reform of teachersand construction of multi-channel learning platform stimulating student’s independent learning were analyzed,taking into the students’ cognitive level, ability level and emotional level account, in connection with the status ofcurrent education and diversified structure of student to satisfy the various needs of different students. The imple-mentation of advantaged education suitable for student’s development is the way to realize the diversified devel-opment of students.
