现行司法满意调查存在指标设定不当、遗漏及重复，指标下的具体问题设定不当，调查手段及范围不当，分析方法及结论客观性不足等问题，故有必要对这一评价活动进行整体性反思，揭示其优势、劣势及适用边界，并提炼出若干实现准确、客观司法满意调查的关键要素。
現行司法滿意調查存在指標設定不噹、遺漏及重複，指標下的具體問題設定不噹，調查手段及範圍不噹，分析方法及結論客觀性不足等問題，故有必要對這一評價活動進行整體性反思，揭示其優勢、劣勢及適用邊界，併提煉齣若榦實現準確、客觀司法滿意調查的關鍵要素。
현행사법만의조사존재지표설정불당、유루급중복，지표하적구체문제설정불당，조사수단급범위불당，분석방법급결론객관성불족등문제，고유필요대저일평개활동진행정체성반사，게시기우세、열세급괄용변계，병제련출약간실현준학、객관사법만의조사적관건요소。
Present judicial satisfaction survey has involved many difficulties such as the improperly-set, o-mitted or repeated index, the improperly-set concrete problems under the indicators, inappropriate investiga-ting means and scopes, non-objective analyzing methods and conclusion, and thereafter it is necessary to carry out a holistic reflection on the evaluation activity, reveal its advantages and disadvantages and applicable fields, and refine a number of key factors to realize accurate and objective justice satisfaction survey.
