习近平总书记提出“中国梦”后,袁贵仁部长提出了“中国教育梦”——“有教无类、因材施教、终身学习、人人成才”。“中国梦”是实现中华民族伟大复兴,而“中国教育梦”是“中国梦”在教育领域的具体体现:有教无类,意指教育公平化,这是我国教育发展的基本要求;因材施教,意指教育个性化,这是我国人才培养的重要思想;终身学习,意指教育可持续性,这是我国全民发展的不竭动力;人人成才,意指教育的出发点与落脚点,这是我国教育发展的基本任务,也是全面实现“中国梦”的必要支撑。学习和研究“中国教育梦”有利于促进我国教育发展,有利于“中国教育梦”助推“中国梦”,最终实现人人成才、共筑中华民族伟大复兴!

After Mr. Xi Jin-ping, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, put forth the "Chinese Dream", Mr. Yuan Gui-ren, the Minister of Education of China, put forward a proposal on "Chinese Educational Dream" which refers to providing education for all people without discrimination, teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes, lifelong learning, and cultivating every person to be- come a talent. The "Chinese dream" is a way to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and "Chinese Educational Dream" is a specific of it in the field of education. Providing education for all people without discrimination refers to education equality, which is the basic requirement of the development of education in China. Secondly, teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes means education per- sonalization, which is an important thought of talent cultivation in our country. Thirdly, lifelong learning refers to education sustainability, which is an inexhaustible driven force for national development of China. Finally, cultivating every person to become a talent is the starting point and the cornerstone of Chinese ed- ucation~ it is the basic mission in the development of education of China and acts as the foundation to the realization of "Chinese dream". The research of "Chinese Educational Dream" can facilitate not only the development of education in China, but also the realization of the "Chinese dream", and ultimately the re- alization of fostering everyone to become a talent to contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
