理性程度的同质性表现在古典经济学基于完全竞争条件下的“完全理性”和西蒙基于不完全市场中人的认识能力有限性条件下的“有限理性”。行为理论将行为人的自然属性作为经济主体异质性的基础，异质性企业的研究侧重于企业特定层面的差距及其经济社会影响，搜寻与匹配理论关注交易客体的异质性及其影响。这类研究虽然存在理论的整体性、系统性和实践性的不足，却显示了异质性研究的价值与趋向。实践中，影响理性程度的因素并非仅限于人特定的自然属性。财产权利的禀赋状况才是其限定性因素。理性程度异质性具有内在的经济意义和深远的经济学意义。

The homogeneity of rationality degree lies in the perfect rationality by classical economics based on perfect market conditions and in the bounded rationality by Simon based on market imperfection and people＇s limited cognitive ability. While, behavioral theory takes the nature property of people as the basis of the economic actors＇ heterogeneity, research on heterogeneous finn takes its focus on firm＇s differences on specific aspects and their effects on economy and society, and searching and match theory pays a close attention to the heterogeneity among the objects of exchange and its effects. Although all of the three kinds of theories lost the integrity, systematicness and general practical value, they indicated the value and trends of research on heterogeneity. Practice shows us that the influential factors on rationality degree lie not only in people＇s specific natural property, but mainly in the resource endowment conditions, and that rationality degree has its internal economic significance and deeply influential effects on economics.
