德育的发展历程在不同的民族或文化中演绎出不同的轨迹。对德育形态的分析可以从历史与现实两个维度展开。德育的历史形态包括习俗性德育、古代学校德育与现代学校德育三个方面;德育的现实形态则可以分为直接德育、间接德育与隐性课程意义上的德育三个层面。德育形态的分析有利于德育概念的界定、德育发展方向的把握与德育实效的提高。

The development history of moral education has deduced different tracks in different nationalities or cultures. The analysis on the forms of moral education could be clarified by historical and realistic dimensions. In historical dimension, moral education consists of convention, ancient schooling and modem schooling; In realistic dimension, moral education consists of direct form, indirect form and moral education in hidden curriculum. The analysis on the forms of moral education is significant to understand the concept of moral education, seize the direction of the development of moral education and improve the effectiveness of moral education.
