对我国华东、华南、华北和西部地区共6个省份、2个直辖市的万余名中小学生的课外学习活动状况调查与观察发现,在“减负”背景下,中小学生的课外学习活动主表现为:一是课外学习活动的“应试化”倾向明显;二是课外学习活动的“社会化”意识薄弱;三是实际参与的课外学习活动与自己喜欢的活动不一致;四是不少中小学生忽视课外学习,课外活动“娱乐化”。丰富和改善学生课外活动的对策在于:正确对待补习,丰富学生社会实践活动,引导学生课外学习活动的多元发展。

With the questionnaire to investigate the status and problems of extracurricular learning of primary and middle school students in a sample of more than 10,000 students among 6 provinces of East, South, North and West China, and 2 municipalities as well, and combine with the interview survey and field investigation in local primary and middle schools, it is found out that in the background of "burden lightening", the current extracurricular learning activities of primary and middle school students mainly include the following aspects: firstly, "exam-oriented" tendency in extraeurricularlearning activities is significant; secondly, "socialization" consciousness of students' extracurricular learning is weak; thirdly, the extracurricular learning activities which they actually attended did not keep in touch with their fawlrite activities; fourthly, many students ignored extracurricular learning, the "entertainment" tendency of their extracurricular activities is prominent. It is suggested that we should correctly approach supplementary education, enrich students" social practical activities, and lead the diversified development of students' extracurricular learning activities, promote and hmprove students' extracurricular learning activities.
