Social attention is the basis of improving college students" quality of mental life. To construct reasonable, positive social attention strategy is an important and effective way to promote social concern system and improve college students" quality of mental life. Social concern is the driving force to enhance college students" quality of mental life, therefore, we should improve the social concern system to improve college students" subjective well-being; we should construct healthy university information environment and guide college students to establish the correct value orientation; college students should develop self-concern ability to create favorable social atmosphere of concern. Social care is the guarantee to enhance college students" quality of mental life. School care enables college students to obtain better self realization. Family care enables college students to obtain more perfect mental growth. Peer care enables college students to obtain more enjoyable life experience. Self-care enables college students to establish a good image of life.
