目的:研究中国单板U型场地滑雪运动员的年度训练负荷现状、各运动素质训练负荷结构,揭示该项目优秀运动员当前的训练负荷结构特点及存在的主要问题。方法:文献资料法、问卷调查法、个案研究及现场调研与测试。结果与结论:1)我国单板U型场地滑雪运动员全年训练以陆地训练为主,雪上训练为辅,重点队员陆训期和雪训期的年训练量相同,但训练周期割裂、年度训练量显著减少,应有选择性地参加比赛,恢复运动员的训练完整性。2)单板U型场地滑雪运动员的年度训练负荷结构重点突出,其他素质兼顾,符合项目特点。3)但从能量代谢系统角度,应从项目特点出发,加大无氧训练在该项目训练中的比例,提高运动员的竞技能力。

목적:연구중국단판U형장지활설운동원적년도훈련부하현상、각운동소질훈련부하결구,게시해항목우수운동원당전적훈련부하결구특점급존재적주요문제。방법:문헌자료법、문권조사법、개안연구급현장조연여측시。결과여결론:1)아국단판U형장지활설운동원전년훈련이륙지훈련위주,설상훈련위보,중점대원륙훈기화설훈기적년훈련량상동,단훈련주기할렬、년도훈련량현저감소,응유선택성지삼가비새,회복운동원적훈련완정성。2)단판U형장지활설운동원적년도훈련부하결구중점돌출,기타소질겸고,부합항목특점。3)단종능량대사계통각도,응종항목특점출발,가대무양훈련재해항목훈련중적비례,제고운동원적경기능력。
Objectives: This study explored the annual training load structure and load distribution of Chinese half- pipe snowboarding skiers, aimed to find out the features of training load and main problems. Methods : Literature re- view, questionnaire, case study and field investigation methods were used. Results and conclusions: 1 ) Annual training of half-pipe snowboarding skier is mainly land training, supplemented by snow training. Leading players' land training time is the same as their snow training time. Training periods are separated and the total annual train- ing volume decreases, so the skiers should attend matches and resume training. 2) The annual training load structure of Chinese half-pipe snowboarding skier has the key points, and combines other fitness training, which training structure meets characteristics of this event. 3) Based on event characteristic, from the perspective of energy metabolism system, training arrangement should strengthen anaerobic training to improve skiers' performances.
