随着少数民族大学生职业规划与就业指导被纳入学校的教育培养体系，如何提高就业指导工作水平就成为当前需要解决的重要问题。本文通过调研，了解学生对职业规划与就业指导的需求及他们对于职业规划的认识，并对影响少数民族大学生就业的因素进行分析，寻找学生就业意向与用人单位录取标准之间的平衡点，为提高少数民族大学生的职业规划能力和就业竞争力提供有价值的对策和建议。

After integrating career planning and employment guidance of ethnic students into the training system, it has become an important task for universities to make appropriate guiding work. This paper makes an investigation of ethnic students＇ need and their understanding of career planning and employment guidance. It also analyzes factors affecting their employment and tries to find out the difficulties in their employment and the criteria of employing units. Finally, it puts forward valuable suggestions about how to increase ethnic students＇ competence in career planning and employment.
