通过对新疆少数民族双语教师培训成效的调查分析,笔者发现现行的双语教师培训工作缺乏对教师的民族文化自觉和教学文化自觉的重视和关注。因此,双语培训工作应做出一些调整和改革:(1)调整培训目标与课程内容,帮助少数民族双语教师形成对本民族文化的自觉认识,建立对双语教育政策的认同意识;(2)调整课程设置,唤醒双语教师文化自觉意识,增强对双语培翻l任务的认同;(3)调整培训方式,培养教师教学文化自觉意识,增强少数民族双语教师对培训活动的认同。

통과대신강소수민족쌍어교사배훈성효적조사분석,필자발현현행적쌍어교사배훈공작결핍대교사적민족문화자각화교학문화자각적중시화관주。인차,쌍어배훈공작응주출일사조정화개혁:(1)조정배훈목표여과정내용,방조소수민족쌍어교사형성대본민족문화적자각인식,건립대쌍어교육정책적인동의식;(2)조정과정설치,환성쌍어교사문화자각의식,증강대쌍어배번l임무적인동;(3)조정배훈방식,배양교사교학문화자각의식,증강소수민족쌍어교사대배훈활동적인동。
Through an investigation of the effect of training ethnic bilingual teachers in Xinjiang, the writer finds out that in the present bilingual teacher training, not enough attention has been paid to teachers' ethnic cultural consciousness. Therefore, bilingual training should be adjusted and reformed in the following ways : 1 ) adjusting training objectives and teaching content to help ethnic teachers form consciousness of their own ethnic groups and set up identity consciousness for bilingual education; 2) adjusting curriculum to awaken their cultural consciousness and strengthen their identity for bilingual training goals; and 3) adjusting training method to cultivate their consciousness of teaching culture and increase their identity for training activities.
