借助扎根理论,对民营企业劳动关系民主管理的深度访谈与研究,结果显示:受外部环境影响,企业应当采用参与、关怀等民主管理,借助于公平公正与信任的气氛,提升员工的人本化等民主感知,以实现员工的积极组织行为.参与管理过程是企业目标与员工价值的双重统一,实质是劳资双赢.

What is labor relations democratization? How to realize democratization? The democratic management of labor relations in private enterprises is discussed in the paper by the way of the grounded theory, which shows that the enterprises should adopt a democratic management of participating and caring and improve the democratic awareness of employee's humanism in the atmosphere of fairness and justice in order to realize their positive organizational behavior under the influence of external environment. Participating the process of management is a unity of enterprise's aim and employee's value, in fact, the win-win of employer and employee.
