一般认为，《齐民要术》中引用的《食经》即崔浩所著的《崔氏食经》。缪启愉先生在对《齐民要术》进行整理研究后则认为，《要术》所引《食经》的作者并非崔浩，而是南方人士。其从文本出发判定《食经》作者，确实对传统观点构成巨大挑战。不过，仔细推敲《要术》所引《食经》的文本，特别将其与唐宋类书中保存的《食经》片段进行比对却可发现，《要术》所引《食经》的作者当是北方士族。而且更多证据显示，《要术》所引《食经》的作者即为崔浩。

It is generally believed that Shi .ling quoted by Qiminyaoshu was written by Cui Hao. After studying Qiminyaoshu, Professor Miao Qiyu considered that the writer of Shi Jing was not Cui Hao, but a personage in South China. Miao＇s viewpoint is a great challenge to the tradition because he judged the writer by the way of subediting the text of Shi Jing. However, it can be found that the writer of Shi Jing was a nobleman from North China by deliberating the text of Shi Jing, especially comparing to the fragments preserved in the encyclopedias of Tang and Song period. Moreover, it can be proved that the writer of Shi Jing is Cui Hao by other evidences existed.
