Along with the rapid development of open educational resources, there are severe challenges when dealing with intellectual property fights. This paper has a comprehensive discussion on intellectual property rights problems occured in open educational resources,and also has thorough illustration on appropriate actions should take by CC organization when those problem happened, it aims to provide suggestions on copyright protection of open educational resources and legal use of it.
