当前绝大多数的学校教育信息化绩效评估体系都是从管理者角度入手,没有充分考虑教师、学生等群体的需求。该文依据利益相关者理论,综合考虑学校教育信息化过程中不同利益相关者的利益,运用绩效三棱镜方法,构建了一套利益相关者导向的学校教育信息化绩效评估体系并应用于实践。

Currently, the vast majority of performance evaluation systems for school educational informatization start from the mangers view that did not fully consider the needs of teachers, students and other groups. This paper introduces the stakeholder theory, which considering the interests of the different stakeholders in school educational informatization process. Then this paper uses performance prism approach to construct a set of stakeholder-oriented performance evaluation system for school educational informatization, and applied in practice.
