出口消费品是出口商品的重要组成部分，我国已为全球第二大经济体及进出口贸易大国，现实条件下，对出口消费品质量评价具有特别意义。本研究利用经过科学论证的出口商品质量评价的技术体系，以2012年度广东出口消费品12个行业为例，通过对3600家出口企业的抽样调查，取得年度质量评价指数，包括微观质量指数与宏观质量指数。同时，依据宏微观质量评价结果，从企业层面和政府监管层面提出了提升出口消费品质量指数的对策建议。

Exported consumer goods is an important part of export commodities.China has now been the world＇s second largest economy and the import and export trade country,which makes the evaluation on the quality of exported consumer goods extremely meaningful.This study selected 3600 export enterprises in 1 2 representative export industries of Guangdong and used a scientific verified quality evaluation system to get the results of the Guangdong exported consumer goods quality evaluation report 2012,which included the macro and the micro quality evaluation index,then on basis of which it advances relevant suggestions from both the aspects of enterprise and government to improve the quality index.
