以漳州市、泉州市、龙岩市、三明市以及莆田市257个样本林区农户的调查数据为基础,通过C—D生产函数测算得出:不同的生产要素对林区农业的产出贡献率不一样,由高到低,依次是农地、农药、化肥、柴油、农膜、劳动力;并在此基础上分析了福建省林区农户农地利用行为,进而提出相应的对策。

The paper based on the theory of low-carbon economy, farmer behavior and sustainable agriculture development to study the behavior of agricultural land utilization by means of the C-D production model, the data from 257 sample forest farmers of Zhangzhou, Longyan, Sanming, Putian and so on four cities. Though the C-D production function is calculated that different production factors contribution to agricultural output ratio is different, fertilizer, diesel oil, plastic sheeting and labor. from high to low is the land, pesticide, chemical On this basis, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal to realize farmland use change to the "low" and "economic" direction.
