传统古村落，作为一种文化遗产，具有使用价值与非使用价值。以张谷英古村落为例，应用当前国际上流行的衡量环境物品经济价值的重要方法，条件价值法（ CVM 法），计算支付意愿（WTP），得到结果为每年13.16亿元，其中存在价值5.559亿元，遗产价值4.100亿元，选择价值3.466亿元。运用Logistic回归分析，得出支付意愿受当地居民与游客收入，年龄，受教育程度等的影响。建议尽快解决当地居民与中坤公司之间的矛盾，从而达到保护并永续张谷英村传统古村落。

Traditional ancient village ,as a kind of cultural heritage ,has the use value and non-use value .Taking Zhang Guying ancient village as an example ,the paper applied the important methods of the current international popular measure for environmental items of economic value ,conditional value method （CVM） and calculating the willingness to pay （WTP） ,and obtained the results of 1.316 billion Yuan a year .The existence value is 555.9 million Yuan ,the heritage value is 410 million Yuan and the choice value is 346.6 million Yuan .By using logistic regression analysis ,it is concluded that the willingness to pay by local residents and tourists are influenced by the income ,age and education degree ,etc .We suggested that the contradiction between the local residents and ZhongKun Company should be solved as soon as possible so as to protect and keep sustainable development of the Zhang Gu-ying traditional ancient village .
