The practical teaching is an important part in teaching activities and a major way for student to obtain knowledge and skill .The paper attempts to probe the ways of practicing cultivating students from the aspects of management system ,brand-making practical activity ,emphasis on specialty and curriculum construction ,insisting on open running school ,building practical teaching platform and innovating graduate practice pattern to improve the talent cultivation quality .
