本文针对机构知识库中期刊贡献度评价指标的复杂性，形式多样性，模糊性等特点，构建了基于三角模糊数表达模糊信息和UOWA算子的期刊质量评估模型，并从RePEc机构知识库1 800种期刊随机抽取5个经济期刊，利用8项定量评价指标，采用模糊理论中的模糊语义处理同行评议专家评审数据进行质量评定，试图为我国机构知识库质量评价体系的完善提供参考。
本文針對機構知識庫中期刊貢獻度評價指標的複雜性，形式多樣性，模糊性等特點，構建瞭基于三角模糊數錶達模糊信息和UOWA算子的期刊質量評估模型，併從RePEc機構知識庫1 800種期刊隨機抽取5箇經濟期刊，利用8項定量評價指標，採用模糊理論中的模糊語義處理同行評議專傢評審數據進行質量評定，試圖為我國機構知識庫質量評價體繫的完善提供參攷。

According to the evaluation index of journals in institutional repository, this paper constructed the triangular fuzzy number to express fuzzy information and presents the journals＇ evaluation model of relative undetermined order weighted average operator. Fuzzy semantemes of the fuzzy theory in the fuzzy theory can be treated with the specialist evaluation data of peer reviews. The weights of the eight items quantified evaluation index randomly selected five economic journals from 1800 series journats quality control of journals in institutional repository is calculated and ordered. It can provide some important references to perfect the quantified evaluation system of institutional repository in China.
