随着全球经济的不断发展,我国进入了互联网快速发展的时代。互联网环境下,电子商务的运用不仅影响企业的基本活动,企业的其他活动如基础设施完善、技术开发、人力资源管理等也都涉及电子商务的发挥与运用。互联网环境下,为满足顾客变化多样的消费需求,零售企业价值链上的一系列活动不可能由单一企业独自完成。而是要由许多企业或组织共同合作完成,每个企业负责完成自己具有竞争优势的环节,共同为企业创造增值,提高企业整体竞争力,为企业带来利润。面对竞争环境的改变,零售企业只有抓住电子商务新契机,分析自身所处的竞争环境、与竞争对手之间的差别以及自身优势和劣势,改变竞争策略,确立竞争方向,从采购及供应管理、销售及客户服务、业务流程优化、信息化管理等方面入手构造零售企业竞争力,才能更好地在这个充满竞争与挑战的市场中立足.实现零售企业自身更快更好发展,提高我国零售企业整体竞争力。
