在社会转型的过程中，人们自我认同的价值标准日益物质化，资本的占有成为人们建立自我认同的基础条件，身处其中的教师也概莫能外。作为不同资本类型的经济资本、文化资本和社会资本对教师自我认同的建立具有不同的影响和意义，然而教师职业的特殊性使其在依赖不同的资本建立自我认同的过程中都会面临不同的困境，有待突破。教师自我认同资本困境的突破需要主体自我的努力同时也需要外在制度环境的改善，需要一种系统性的转变和重建。

In the process of social transformation, the value standard of the teacher self-identity is increasingly materialistic. The capital has become the foundation of the self-identity establishing, in which the teacher is no exception. The different types of capital, for example economic capital, cultural capital and social capital, has different effects and meaning on the establishment of teacher identity. Because of the particularity of teachers＇ profession, they will face different difficulties in the process of establishing self-identity on the capital base. The breakthrough of the capital predicament in teachers＇ self- identity is not only needs the work of theirself, but also needs the improvement of the external system environment, In addition to needs a kind of systemic transformation and reconstruction.
