萨迦式传统修行炼身方法是藏传佛教寺院僧侣广泛用于修炼身心的一套健身体系,拥有完备的练习程序和规则。其练习顺序按照先易后难、由浅入深、循序渐进的原则排列,其内容包括全身运动法、气功保健法、二十节炼身法、五肢运动法、预备式擦身保健法等五种范式和玛尔巴疗法、运动疗法、按摩疗法等三种身体保健疗法。五种范式和三种疗法均有完整的练习方法和练习顺序,内容丰富,联系紧密。

The Type of Issachar traditional methods on used in the monks of Tibetan Buddhism temples to practice procedures and rules. Its practice order is first,from shallow to depth,and proceeding gradually practice smelting practice practice is a keepfit system widely their body and mind. It has complete based on the principles of starting with easy things in proper sequence. It includes five kinds of paradigm and three therapies of body health:the whole body movement method,qigong health hygiene,twenty practice method, five limb movement method, preparation type brush hygiene ;and Marba therapy, kinetotherapy,masso therapy. All these kinds of paradigm and methods of therapy have complete practice approach and order,with rich contents and close ties. A systematic research of the Type of Issachar traditional methods on smelting practice in Tibetan Buddhism is of great significance on exploring the Tibetan traditional sports resources and expanding traditional sports field in China.
