营养、健康与体能越来越受到人们的重视,合理的营养摄入和健康、体能息息相关。以大众健康为目的,以营养、健康和体能为主题,围绕营养元素与健康及其相关体能之间的关系展开了系统的综述,内容包括六大营养素的功能、推荐摄入量和预防慢性疾病以及营养素摄入与体力活动之间的平衡关系等方面进行归纳与总结。

More and more people have focused on nutrition, health and fitness. The rational intake of nutrients has been intimately related to healthy improvement and fitness promotion. This review mainly concentrated on the theme of nutrition, health and fitness. The contents included the different functions of nutrients, daily recommended nutrient's intake, prevention of the chronic diseases and the sustainable balance between nutrients and physical fitness. The main purpose of this review will provide the scientific guideline for improvement of public health.
