通过自组织分析范式,构建农业科研资源集成机理的理论模型,并利用结构方程,结合问卷调查数据对农业科研资源集成的自组织运行机理进行实证检验。研究表明:农业科研机构具备自组织耗散结构理论的基本特征,其运行机理可用自组织理论来解释与分析;农业科研机构技术创新是科研资源集成与系统自组织运行的共同结果。因而,在保证农业科研系统开放性、非平衡性、随机涨落以及非线性等特征的基础上,应不断整合农业科研机构内部资源,使其成为一个不断有序演进的集成系统,进而提升农业技术创新能力。

통과자조직분석범식,구건농업과연자원집성궤리적이론모형,병이용결구방정,결합문권조사수거대농업과연자원집성적자조직운행궤리진행실증검험。연구표명:농업과연궤구구비자조직모산결구이론적기본특정,기운행궤리가용자조직이론래해석여분석;농업과연궤구기술창신시과연자원집성여계통자조직운행적공동결과。인이,재보증농업과연계통개방성、비평형성、수궤창락이급비선성등특정적기출상,응불단정합농업과연궤구내부자원,사기성위일개불단유서연진적집성계통,진이제승농업기술창신능력。
Through the analytical paradigm of self-organization,we built the mechanism of agricultural scientific research integration theory model,and made empirical tests on self-organization operation mech-anism of agricultural research resources integration with data from the questionnaire survey by using struc-tural equation.Research findings show that:agricultural research system has the basic characteristics of self-organization theory,and its operating mechanism is in accordance with the self-organization theory;technological innovation of agricultural research system is the common results of resource integration and the operation of self-organization system.Therefore,based on the assurance of openness,non-balance,sto-chastic fluctuation and nonlinear characteristics of agricultural scientific research institution,we should in-tegrate internal resources of agricultural scientific research institutions,and make it a continuous evolution in an orderly integration system,and make efforts to improve the capability of agricultural innovation.
