以产品内分工为基础的产业转移是第四次国际产业转移。基于产品内分工的角度．文章发现中国主要以加工贸易的形式参与到国际分工，容易陷入“低端锁定”且不利于对外贸易结构升级。在国际产业向中国东部地区和东部沿海产业向中西部地区“耦合转移”的态势下．促进企业由“嵌入式”向“构建式”升级模式转变、构建大国的国内价值链网络和从国家层面进行政策创新．是促进中国对外贸易升级的方向。

The industrial transfer based on intra-product specialization is the fourth international industrial transfer. Based on the view of intra-product specialization, the paper finds that China＇s processing trade is the main form of participation in the international division, which is easy to fall into the ＂low end locked＂ and unhelpful structure upgrading of foreign trade. In the trend of ＂coupled transfer＂ that the international industries transfer to the east part of China and the industries of Chinese eastern coastal areas to the mid-west areas of China, promoting enterprises to shift from their ＂embedded＂ upgrading mode to a ＂constructed＂ mode, building a big country＇ s domestic value chain network, and establishing innovation policies from the national level are the ways to promote the upgrading of China＇ s foreign trade.
