随着就业形势的日趋严峻。大学生就业公平失衡问题已成为我国各级政府、教育部门、高校和社会各界关注的热点。就业公平失衡并非单一性的简单问题,一旦出现不测.就会引发连环问题出现。甚至引发社会骚动,最终对社会稳定和政府执政能力构成重大威胁。从家庭社会资本差异归因、制度惯性归因、用人单位选择偏好归因、政府治理责任归因等方面入手,诊断和把握现有大学生就业公平失衡的现象及表现,进而从个体人力资本效率损失、家庭利益损失、社会排斥等方面分析大学生就业公平失衡的社会效应和社会危机演化路径。从法治与风险防控体系建设的视角为政府化解就业公平失衡问题提供政策建议.希冀就业公平失衡问题得到有效遏制。

Along with the increasingly serious employment situation of college students, college students' employment fairness imbalance has become the public focus. It is not only a single employment problem, but also a social problem. Students' employment fairness imbalances interwoven with other social contradictions, and bring a major threat to social stability and the government's ruling ability. This article tries to summarize the outstanding performance of the current university students' employment fairness imbalance caused by the difference of family social capital, institutional inertia, choice preference of employer, and government responsibility. At the same time, to analyze the social effects of the university students' employment fairness imbalances and the evolution path of social crisis, the paper focus on the loss of individual human capital efficiency, family interests, social exclusion etc. Finally, provide some policy suggestions for the government to resolve the problem of employment fairness imbalance, based on the construction of law system and risk prevention and control system.
