农民工市民化已经成为我国实现现代化进程中不可抗拒的一大潮流。农民工市民化进程中文化发挥着价值观的引领力、精神生活的诱导力、行为举止的规范力和综合素质的提升力等内在驱动力作用。发挥文化对于农民工市民化的驱动力是时代发展的诉求。必须通过培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、加大对文化创作生产的引导、开展群众性的文化活动、强化培训教育的力度等举措促进农民工市民化进程。
