与生物基因和文化基因相仿，职业院校校园文化与企业文化的融通也像一个完整的生命体，有其基本的遗传因子，这些遗传因子由领导者和发展资源构成两条基本链，排列在外侧；价值观、人员、制度、道德四个碱基配对组合，有序排列在内侧，决定了校企文化融通基因的变化，体现出文化融通的差异性和稳定性，并影响其文化融通的结果与成效。

The genes determine the changing of fusion between campus culture and enterprise culture, reflecting the differences and stability of the fusion and influencing the effects of the fusion.
