文章分析了西藏劳动力就业现状及特征,认为经济增长拉动就业增长,三次产业的就业结构趋于合理化,劳动力受教育程度低,劳动力供给质量差等是西藏劳动力就业的主要特征。针对上述特征提出了促进就业发展的建议:贯彻实施就业优先战略;巩固义务教育,改革高等教育,兼顾继续教育。
文章分析瞭西藏勞動力就業現狀及特徵,認為經濟增長拉動就業增長,三次產業的就業結構趨于閤理化,勞動力受教育程度低,勞動力供給質量差等是西藏勞動力就業的主要特徵。針對上述特徵提齣瞭促進就業髮展的建議:貫徹實施就業優先戰略;鞏固義務教育,改革高等教育,兼顧繼續教育。

This paper analyzes Tibet's labor employment status and characteristics. The author believes, that the economic growth leads to the employment growth, and the three employment industrial structure is becoming more rational. The paper concludes that the labor education, labor supply and labors' low quality are the main features of Tibet labor force employment. In view of the above characteristics, the author puts forward to promote employment advice: the implementation of the strategy of employment priority; consolidation of compulsory education, the reform of higher education, and the continuing education.
