采用两因素混合实验设计，探究篮球裁判员的紧张情绪对判罚决策能力的影响。研究结果表明：1）高水平裁判员在高紧张情绪状态下临场判罚决策正确率高于低紧张情绪状态，决策时间快于低紧张情绪状态；2）低水平裁判员在高紧张情绪状态下临场判罚决策正确率低于低紧张情绪状态，决策时间长于低紧张情绪状态。建议在篮球裁判员专业技能培养和训练的同时，关注裁判员临场情绪状态调控能力的训练，特别应加强裁判员紧张情绪状态的自主调节技能培训，以避免裁判员临场执裁出现过度紧张情绪，以利于裁判员及时准确地搜索到赛场上的犯规信息。

Abstract：This experiment adopts two factors mixed experimental design to explore the basketball referees＇ penalty decision ability. The results show that 1 ） high level referees in the condition of high tension decision making accuracy were better than that of low tension, and the time they take decision were shorter;2）decision accuracy of low level referees in high tension state was lower than in low tension state, and the time they take to make decision was longer than low tension state. It is sug gested that the referees professional skills training focus on on the spot emotional state regulation ability training, especially the referees＇ self adjust ability, in order to avoid excessive tension, therefor the refarees can accurately find fouls in time.
