《洪范传》是王安石一篇重要的学术作品，但学界对其写作年代尚未达成统一的意见。因王安石的学术思想具有明显的阶段分期的特点，因此，确定它的写作年代对于研究他的学术思想很有必要。与以往学者从该作品的最早版本，或从王安石对旧作进行“删润缮写”的时期来确定其写作年代的途径不同，通过分析王安石道本体论的演变，不同篇章中相关思想的关联及其人才观、君臣观思想内容所属的阶段来判定，认为传世的《洪范传》文本的写作年代应该被确定为王安石熙宁三年上呈给神宗皇帝前夕，属于其后期的作品。

Hong Fanchuan is an important academic work written by Wang Anshi, but the academics don＇t agree on its written time. Wang Anshi＇s academic thoughts show the characteristics of obvious stages, therefore, determining its written time is necessary to study his academic thoughts. Different from previous scholars, either according to the earliest version of this work, or to ＂modifying and copying＂ original work to determine its written time, this paper judges its written time through the analysis of the evolution of Wang Anshi＇s ontology, the association of related thoughts in the different papers and his view of talents, view of emperor and ministers＇ ideological stage. Hong Fanchuan should be identified as written before Xining＇s third year when Wang Anshi submitted it up to emperor, which belongs to his later works.
