对传统选址模型进行了研究,取其每个模型的优点,综合考虑应急设施选址影响因素,建立了基于多目标规划方法的城市应急救援设施选址模型,并采用线性加权和法求解模型.本模型综合考虑了需求、时效、成本等多因素,来解决城市应急设施优化选址问题,目的是通过科学选址使区域内灾害应急救援能力达到最优,最后应用该模型解决了某市新区消防站选址布局问题,验证了所建模型的有效性和可行性.
對傳統選阯模型進行瞭研究,取其每箇模型的優點,綜閤攷慮應急設施選阯影響因素,建立瞭基于多目標規劃方法的城市應急救援設施選阯模型,併採用線性加權和法求解模型.本模型綜閤攷慮瞭需求、時效、成本等多因素,來解決城市應急設施優化選阯問題,目的是通過科學選阯使區域內災害應急救援能力達到最優,最後應用該模型解決瞭某市新區消防站選阯佈跼問題,驗證瞭所建模型的有效性和可行性.
