对产业集群内知识转移进行深入的研究,剖析出产业集群的转移机制,首先对产业集群做出理解并给出知识转移的定义,介绍了产业集群知识转移网络的内涵、网络内知识转移的层次、知识转移的方式,之后又总结概括了知识转移的驱动因素,以上述为基础,结合集群内知识转移动态过程这一特征入手进行研究,构建了以信任机制、动力机制和过程机制为基础的产业集群知识转移的动力机制模型,为深入研究产业集群内的知识转移提供理论基础.

This article first to make understanding of the industrial cluster and give the definition of knowledge transfer, Introducing the connotation of knowledge transfer networks of industrial clusters, the level of knowledge transfer networks, the approach of knowledge transfer, after, generalizing of the driving factors of knowledge transfer, on the basis of the above, combining with the characteristic of the dynamic process of knowledge transfer in cluster, building the dynamic mechanism model of knowledge transfer of industrial clusters based trust mechanism, dynamic mechanism and process mechanism, providing a theoretical basis for further study of knowledge transfer in clusters.
