人的全面发展是思想政治教育的目标和归宿。文章通过对人的全面发展学说理论溯源和发展情况的梳理，分析了人的全面发展与思想政治教育的逻辑关系，并将人的全面发展作为高校思想政治教育的时代主题，立足学生的全面发展，从理念认识、实践路径层面对如何加强和改进高校学生思想政治教育进行了探讨。

The goal and the end of ideological and political education is man＇ s all-round development. With a literature review of man＇ s all-round development, this paper analyzes the logical relationship between the theory and the ideological and political education. It also argues that man＇ s all-round development shall be chosen as the theme for ideological and political education of the times. Based on man＇ s all-round development, the paper discusses how to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students from aspects of concept understanding and practice approach.
