近年来，高校体育人才培养模式的选择面临尴尬境地，其科学性与前瞻性的缺乏导致人们对高校体育人才培养模式产生模糊认识。在采用人才培养模式理论的基础上，系统分析我国高校在体育人才培养中的问题，并深入探讨其缘由，提出相应的解决对策。

The mode of cultivating sports talents in Colleges and universities is a hot topic in the field of higher education. In recent years, sports talents training model faces embarrassing situation, the lack of scientific and forward - looking leads to fuzzy understanding of sports talent training mode. This paper, based on the theory of the mode of cultivating talents, system analysis problems in the sports training in Colleges and universities in China, probes into its reason, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
