通过对大学生进行访谈和问卷调查,在自我设限相关理论、已有自我设限量表的基础上编制了大学生锻炼自我设限量表,对量表的信度和效度进行了检验。结果表明:大学生锻炼自我设限量表具有良好的信度和效度,在我国大学生锻炼情境中是一个较好的自我设限测量工具;量表包括寻找借口、减少努力、抬举他人和促进干扰四个因素,各因素的项目载荷在.419-.710之间,各维度的内部一致性系数在.685-.909之间,重测信度在.592-.725之间;各维度与效标效度锻炼行为之间呈显著负相关。

통과대대학생진행방담화문권조사,재자아설한상관이론、이유자아설한량표적기출상편제료대학생단련자아설한량표,대량표적신도화효도진행료검험。결과표명:대학생단련자아설한량표구유량호적신도화효도,재아국대학생단련정경중시일개교호적자아설한측량공구;량표포괄심조차구、감소노력、태거타인화촉진간우사개인소,각인소적항목재하재.419-.710지간,각유도적내부일치성계수재.685-.909지간,중측신도재.592-.725지간;각유도여효표효도단련행위지간정현저부상관。
The authors designed the College Students' Exercise and Self-Handicapping Scale through interviews, questionnaires, self-handicapping theory and the previous self-handicapping scales. The scale proved valid and reliable, a favorable tool for measuring the students' physical exercises. The scale included excuse finding, effort relieving, relation building and raising interference. Item load of each factor was between. 419 to. 710. Coefficient of internal consistency of each dimension was in the range of. 685-. 909. Retest reliability was in the range of. 592-. 725. There was a significant nega- tive correlation between each dimension and criterion validity of the exercise behavior.
