对34件吴国青铜容器样品进行了金相观察和成分分析，发现器物均为铸造成型，材质多为铅锡青铜，含砷的青铜也有一定数量。铅含量普遍偏高和含砷青铜的存在是吴国青铜容器的两大合金特点。这一工作为了解两周时期吴地的青铜铸造业，尤其是容器的合金技术，提供了新的数据。同时也为了解吴地与中原及其它地域在青铜技术方面等的传播交流提供了新的资料。

Metallographic examination and composition analysis have been performed on 34 sam ples of the Wu State bronze vessels. It is found that the artifacts are all cast with leaded tin bronze or ar seniccontaining bronze. The high levels of lead and the existence of arseniccontaining bronze are two alloy characteristics of the Wu State bronze vessels. This work provides new insight in the research of bronze industry in the Wu State during the Zhou Dynasty, especially for the research on alloy technology of bronze vessels. It provides new insight on communication and exchange of the bronze technology among the Wu State, the Central Plain region and other areas.
