Since the Ethnicity of the Yejiashan Cemetery is still under disputation, this paper discusses it from three points, i.e. the waist pit, the direction of the tomb and tomb＇s owner, the clan badge and the Sun Name. The author denies the view of＂descendants of the Yin People＂, and suggests that the cemetery belongs to the Zhou People of Surname Ji, with an analysis on cultural factors.
