通过收集整理辽阳县2001-2010年的相关数据，运用压力-状态-响应（PSR）模型，构建了耕地资源安全评价指标体系，采用熵值法计算了各评价指标的权重，应用多因素加权模型得到辽宁省辽阳县2001-2010年的耕地资源安全综合指数，评定了辽阳县耕地资源安全等级。研究结果表明，辽阳县耕地资源整体上处于安全状态，但安全级别不高，应增强耕地资源保护意识，采取必要措施，以提高耕地资源安全等级，保证耕地资源利用的永久安全。

Cropland resource is the most important production material of agriculture and the most important part of land resources .Through collecting the relevant data of Liaoyang County from 2001 to 2010 and applying the Pressure-State-Response （PSR） model ,this paper builds a safety evaluation index system of cropland resources ,calculates the weight of each index using entropy method ,and obtains the composite index of cropland resources security from 2001 to 2010 of Liangyang County employing the multi-factor model .The results show that cropland resources as a whole of Liaoyang County were in safety ,and in a moderate and low safety state .Greater importance should be attached to the protection of land resources and measures should be taken ,so as to raise the safety level of the cropland resources and ensure the perpetual safety of cropland resource utilization .
