经过改革开放30多年的持续增长，我国企业目前大多主业老化、增长乏力、模仿有余、创新不力，战略转型压力巨大。战略转型任务是什么，以及不同行业企业面临多大的战略转型难度，一直是困扰企业家的两大难题，由此导致企业家在战略转型决策时或犹豫不前，或贸然挺进。从综述战略转型文献入手，定义战略转型概念，辨明战略转型任务，进而从我国企业的产业类型、资产规模、资产专用水平3个维度对战略转型难度进行逐一分析和综合分级，研究结论有利于企业明确认识与正确决策。

Having enjoyed over 30 year＇s continuous growth since the opening-up and reform ,most of Chinese firms are faced with problems of aging core businesses ,slow-down growth ,over imitation and weak innovation ,thus forced to go on strategic transformation .However ,what task does strategic transformation mean and how difficult it is to firms in def-erent industries ,are two tough questions for mangers to answer .As a result they either hesitate before or hurry up to stra-tegic transformation .Therefore the authors summarize the relevant literature first ,and then define the concept ,describe the task ,and finally base the difficulty classification on three dimensions of sector and industry ,asset volume and asset specificity ,w hich may serve managers＇understanding and decision making as far as strategic transformation is concerned .
