以我国啤酒产业为例,构建了厂商“竞争关系-并购行动”二层网络,分别从整体和局域两个层次讨论了网络的拓扑相似性,提取并计算了厂商竞争结构指标。相关性研究发现,厂商竞争结构对并购行动有显著影响,但不同的结构变量对并购行动的影响程度和方向并不相同。
以我國啤酒產業為例,構建瞭廠商“競爭關繫-併購行動”二層網絡,分彆從整體和跼域兩箇層次討論瞭網絡的拓撲相似性,提取併計算瞭廠商競爭結構指標。相關性研究髮現,廠商競爭結構對併購行動有顯著影響,但不同的結構變量對併購行動的影響程度和方嚮併不相同。

This paper builds up a competition-relationship and merger-actions two-level networks model by taking Chinese beer industry as an example and analyzes their topological structure similarity from global and local levels. Some competition structural indexes are extracted and their values are calculated. The correlation test results show that competition structure has profound effect on merger actions, but different indexes cause different degree and direction influence on merger actions.
