教学反思是英语教师教学认知活动的一个重要组成部分，它要求教师在教学实践中不断的进行反思教学内容和结果。本文首先分析了反思性教学的内涵和西方流行的反思性教学模型，然后分析了反思性教学在英语教师专业化中的作用，最后提出了英语教师反思性教学的环节与形式。
教學反思是英語教師教學認知活動的一箇重要組成部分，它要求教師在教學實踐中不斷的進行反思教學內容和結果。本文首先分析瞭反思性教學的內涵和西方流行的反思性教學模型，然後分析瞭反思性教學在英語教師專業化中的作用，最後提齣瞭英語教師反思性教學的環節與形式。

Reflective teaching is an important part of English teaching cognitive activity ; it requires the teachers in teaching practice constantly to reflect the teaching contents and results. This paper first analyzes the connotation of reflective teaching and popular model of reflective teaching in the west, and then analyzes the importance of reflective teaching in English teacher specialization, and finally puts forward link and the form of reflective teaching of English teachers.
