文中基于波达数对影响优秀教师的因素给出排序，得出影响优秀教师最重要的因素是课堂生动有趣、说话具有幽默感等情感因素，其次是教师的知识渊博．

Based on Borda number, this paper gives the sorting of factors which affect the excellence of teach- ers performance, and finds that the most significant factors firstly include such emotional factors including interest- ingness of classroom teaching and humor of verbal expressions, and secondly, teachers＇ knowledge.
