Teaching behavior change is one of the priorities of the new curriculum reform, and the difficulties of the new curriculum reform. Teachers' teaching concept is the important factors that influence teachers' teaching behaviors. This article adopts the way of questionnaire survey to study the rural elementary school mathematics teachers' teaching idea and teaching behavior change, in order to spot existing problems in the new curriculum re- form, and provide references for the further curriculum reform.
