将研究者通过Web2.0的方式结识并开展学术交流和合作描述为2.0式学术合作,将这种合作中两人及以上相对稳定的群体视为虚拟学术团队。以“图书馆2.0工作室”、“图林五散人”为个案进行分析,认为虚拟学术团队能弥补当前多数图书情报机构面临的团队力量薄弱、难觅科研合作者等困境,成员间通过学术讨论、资源共享、论著评审和著述合作等方式,可以构建结构松散但力量强大的研究团队,并认为鼓励图书馆界发展虚拟学术团队,能促进图书馆事业的发展。

The paper defines academic cooperation 2.0 as researchers get acquamteu, cu cooperated with each other by web2.0, and furthermore defines virtual academic team as two or more than two people's stable cooperation. Taking Library 2.0 Studio and Librarian Five as cases, the paper finds that virtual academic team could offset the predicament of lack of both the academic team and academic cooperators of library and information institute in China. The team members cooperate through academic dis- cussion, information sharing, review research findings and academic cooperation by web2.0, which could structure inattentive but powerful academic teams. The paper advices establish virtual academic team to promote libraryship.
