转型经济下,战略柔性是企业应对复杂多变环境的动态能力保障。高管团队作为企业的战略领导核心,其对企业战略的构想则通过影响企业的资源配置方向来显示,并决定着企业的战略柔性水平。而内部权力分配又从根本上作用于高管团队的战略构想的复杂性和关注度,对其战略构想具有重要的前置作用。鉴于此,在立足于企业高管团队权力分配、战略构想与战略柔性间的关联基础上,以227家中小板上市公司为样本开展实证研究,结果表明:企业高管团队权力分配程度与战略柔性呈正相关关系,权力分配越均衡,战略柔性越强;企业高管团队权力分配程度与战略构想复杂性正相关,与战略构想关注度负相关,战略构想在高管团队权力分配与战略柔性之间具有中介作用。

In the context of transition economy, strategic flexibility is the enterprise ability to cope with complex environment of dynamic guarantee. Top management team as the company's core strategic leadership, they influence the concept of corporate strategy through the allocation of resources affect the direction shown, and will determine the level of the enterprise's strategic flexibility. But the internal distribution of power is the fundamental role of the management team's strategic schemaon, the complexity and attention to its strategic schemahas as an important role in front. For this reason, based on the flexible association between distribution of power, strategic schemaand Enterprise Strategic Flexibility, the empirical research in 227 samples of small plates listed companies shows the results that the management team of the level of distribution of power was positive corrdated with corporate strategic flexibility, but negative correlated with corporate strategic sehemaattention. Strategic schema play intermediary role between the distribution of power in the management team and Enterprise Strategic Flexibility.
